Our band was founded by Les Stevenson and four others in 1996. Now in it’s 22nd year, we have 35 members and continue to grow. We play many genres of music including concert band classics, music from shows and films, pop music and even music arranged by one of our members.
We perform at a variety of venues each year (see below) and are always working on new opportunities that will develop our community links. Our conductor is Becky Thomas who has led the band since 2017.
Rehearsals take place every Sunday between 9:45am and 12:00pm and we always make time for a cuppa half way through.
